Math Practice at Home
My math classes are participating in a program entitled IXL. I was introduced to this application at the end of last year and am quite happy with the variety of opportunities it gives the students. This program gives practice and assistance at each student's personal level. It then advances them with appropriate assignments and practice. I am quite excited with IXL and hope it will inspire students to be motivated to advance in math at home as well as at school.
Students can access IXL at home for personalized practice in all major math areas. Please encourage your child to work on IXL. It is an easy way for students to get extra practice and assistance right in your own home! It also gives you an opportunity to monitor and participate in your child's math progress.
