In order to complete enrollment, the following documents are required (your student will not be enrolled until received):
Please submit your documents in person at Memorial Hall, 215 W. Fourth Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331 during the hours of 8:00-3:30, Monday - Friday.

* Driver’s license
* 2 forms of proof of residency
* Custody paperwork (if applicable)

Online enrollment must be completed on a laptop, desktop, or iPad. It is not compatible with a smartphone.
If you have other children at GCS currently enrolled, you will need your login information to enroll an additional child.
*Enrollment MUST be completed by parent or legal guardian.

Kindergarten Registration for 2024-2025
Greenville City Schools will be holding Kindergarten Registration at Memorial Hall, 215 W. 4th St. beginning Monday, March 25, 2024, through Friday, March 29, 2024, from 8:00 AM - 3:30 P.M. We will also offer evening hours as follows:
Monday, March 25
4:00 PM—5:30 PM
Tuesday, March 26
4:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Enrollment is done online at https://greenville.esvportal.com (not compatible with a smartphone) - Documents will then be submitted during registration at Memorial Hall, 215 W. Fourth St., Greenville, Ohio 45331
Children must be five years of age on or before August 1, 2024.
Please bring official birth certificate, immunization records, custody papers (if applicable), a parent/guardian photo ID, and two forms of proof of residency. *These items are required in order to complete enrollment.
Parent only needed at registration. Students will be screened the week of April 22nd which will be scheduled at registration. Please register no later than April 19 to be included in screening.
