Welcome to Adult Basic & Literacy Education (ABLE)



We are glad you found us.  If you need to increase your income,  the most reliable method is to improve your education.  A higher level of education will give you financial stability. We can help you do that!

You may need to earn a GED or to improve your skills for further training or college.   ABLE offers a variety of classes to fit your needs: basic reading, writing and math classes; GED preparation classes;  an English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) class; and preparation classes for post-secondary training.  We also have embedded 21st Century Skills into our learning environment.  Students will be able be taught in both a small group and individualized manner through the utilization of our on-line curriculum and computer lab.  We will help you get started by contacting us today!

The Darke County Workforce Center is Now Offering Adult Training (Working to meet the workforce needs of our region with relevant, affordable, and customizable training)


Adult STNA Course #3
Starting March 3, 2014
Contact Emily Powers (Program Coordinator) email: epowers@greenville.k12.oh.us or 937-548-4188 ext. 847 for more information.  Currently 16 students enrolled with 8 spots remaining. Program Cost $575 per person classes run Mon - Thursday from 3:30-8:30 for three weeks with two days of clinicals.
