Darke County Health Dept. Reminder of Immunizations
Hello! The Darke County Health Department would like to remind families that all students entering Kindergarten, 7th grade and 12th grade in the fall are required to be up to date on their immunizations prior to the start of the school year. All students are welcome to attend walk in clinics at the Darke County Health Department on Tuesdays from 8am-10:30am and 2pm-5pm.

There will be additional opportunities for 7th and 12th graders. There will be three walk-in vaccine clinics at the Union City Medical Center from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 11th, Monday July 18th, and Monday July 25th. The Union City Medical Center is located at 622 East Elm Street, Union City, Ohio. 

There will also be two walk-in vaccine clinics from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2nd and Tuesday, August 9th. The Darke County Health Department is located at 300 Garst Ave, Greenville, Ohio. These clinics will run while supplies last and again, these additional opportunities are only for 7th and 12th graders. 

For billing purposes, those who have medical coverage should bring a copy of their insurance card. Students under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
