Jesie Geuy, Director of Human Resources

I am honored to serve as the Director of Human Resources for Greenville City Schools. As I begin my 15th year in education, I am grateful for the opportunity to support the incredible people who make a difference in the lives of our students each day. Throughout my career as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and now Human Resources Director, I have learned that people are the heart of every successful school district. Building meaningful relationships, supporting our employees, and creating a positive culture are at the center of everything I do.

Originally from Covington, Ohio, I have always valued the strong sense of community that makes small towns so special. I believe that when we invest in our people, we create the best possible experience for our students and families. I am excited to be part of the Green Wave family and look forward to recruiting, supporting, and celebrating the outstanding employees who help Greenville City Schools thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jess, and our two sons, Sage and Lane. Whether we are cheering on our boys at their sporting events, spending time outdoors, reading a good book, or watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, family is what keeps me grounded and inspired. I am excited for all that lies ahead and look forward to serving the Greenville City Schools community.
