Greenville Schools Now Offering School-Based Health Clinic
Greenville City Schools has partnered with Family Health Services of Darke County to bring a school-based health clinic to our students. Licensed medical, dental, behavioral health and vision providers see students on campus, so your child can get the care they need without missing time in the classroom.

Getting your child set up to use the clinic takes just a few minutes:

- Submit the completed form before your child needs care.
Once enrolled, your child can be seen at the clinic anytime during the school year without delay.
