Due to changes in society, we are taking extra precautions at Woodland and around the district to protect our students and staff. When visiting school, you will now be required to show a picture ID and state your name and business at school. You will then be permitted into the building. The building will continue to release your child to ONLY those contacts listed on your child’s contact information. We suggest that you advise all contact people that they will need to have a picture ID ready as well.
Requests by phone for transportation change will ONLY be considered in emergency situations and will be at the school’s discretion. This includes pick-up students as well. The correct procedure is to send a note signed by the parent/guardian with the child.
*Any phone calls MUST be made by the parent or legal guardian stating the emergency prior to 3:00 P.M. At the time of the call, proof of identification must be provided.
