Greenville City Schools recently posted warnings on media outlets regarding unapproved solicitation of advertisement opportunities as a fundraiser for Greenville City Schools. This alert was intended to protect community members from potential scams, but we need to clarify. Official requests for fundraising support will come from a member of the Greenville City School District staff and will be presented on official Greenville City Schools letterhead.
