REQUEST FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES
STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS

(GREENVILLE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT)

The Greenville City School District (the "District") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for design-build services related to its track and field project and related and various other school construction items (the "Project"), which it intends to be delivered via design-build. Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the school's website www.greenville.k12.oh.us. Statements of qualifications must be delivered to the District no later than February 27, 2017. Sealed statements of qualifications should be addressed to:

The Project is anticipated to include: a track and field project and related items. Mote & Associates is acting as Criteria Engineer. The District has funds on-hand or will raise funds through donations and does not currently intend to pursue a ballot issue. The District will evaluate statements of qualifications submitted and select and short list 3 firms and then issue an RFP to those short list forms for technical and pricing proposals. Prior to any short listing, the District, at its discretion, may hold discussions with one or more individual or associated candidate firms to explore a firm's statements of qualifications, the scope and nature of the services the firms would provide, and the various technical approaches the firm(s) may take toward the Project. NO FEE ESTIMATED IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The District reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all statements of qualifications and to waive any informality, irregularity, or failure to conform to the instructions contained in this Public Announcement or in the Statement of Qualifications.
