Collection of Student Fees and Fines

Participation in school-sponsored activities, groups, or organizations deemed as an extra privilege and not directly related to formal assessment for an academic course, including but not limited to: interscholastic athletic programs, clubs, instrumental music programs, vocal music programs, field trips, Field Day and Character Dance and any other programs outside the regular school day will not be permitted until all fees and fines for that student have been paid in full. This includes school fees, library fees, and cafeteria fees. All cafeteria charges are to be paid the next day.

Payment Information:

* Checks for cafeteria fees may be made payable to Greenville City Schools Cafeteria.

* Checks for all other school fees (book fees, library fees, and other miscellaneous fees) are to be made payable to Greenville City Schools.

* Please be sure to sign and date all checks submitted for payment otherwise they will be considered invalid and payment for outstanding fee will not be processed.

* Checks that are returned from the bank for any reason will result in an additional $15 fee plus the original fee amount owed.

ALL outstanding fees must be paid in full in order to participate in school events such as field day and the character dance.
